shortage → 6
excess+shortage
= 4+6 = 10
difference → 7-5 = 2
# of rows
10÷2 = 5
5×5+4
= 5×7-6
= 29 (Ans)
algebra (if u wanted to try)
5u+4 = 7u-6
2u = 10
u = 5
5u+4 = 7u-6
= 5×5+4
= 7×5-6
= 29 (Ans)
