my working :
45-24=21 ~> i assumed ACE is 45degrees since it looks like it
270 + 21 = 291
but the correct ans is 296.2 (i got the answer key but i dont understand their solutions)

I have had diagrams where an angle which appeared bigger than 45 degrees ended up being like 30 degrees and vice versa.

thx :) by the way is a< - 3.125, how can the greatest integer value of a be -4? isnt it -3 since the closest integer value to - 3.125 be -3?
We wish for A to be less than -3.125, but -3 is above -3.125 so A cannot take the value of -3
