I haven't finish doing the qn. I just want to ask if it is correct up till this step. I'm trying to change it to the correct form before doing the integrating factor thing.

2nd last line is incorrect. You did not divide the y by x. The question instruction is unclear. (3) = -1 ???
Missed out a y. It should be y(3)=-1
you need to learn the method of integrating factor. the theory is not difficult. I only apply if the DE has the format shown in the formula.
