2×6 ÷ (2+6) = 1.5 days (Ans)

Common multiple of 2 and 6 = 6u
Danny 1 day complete = 3u
Jane 1 day complete = 1u
Both 1 day complete = 4u
4u→1 day
6u = 6u/4u = 1.5 days.
