The equation for the curve is in it’s ‘completed the square form’.
This is a useful form as we can deduce the vertex (min or max) point from any quadratic curve. the -2 means we take the x coordinate to be 2 and +3 means we take the y coordinate to be 3.
Hence, we have (2,3) as your answer
