let number of stars she folded be X on thursday

Thursday = X stars
Friday = X +16 stars
Sat = X + 16 + 16 stars
Sun = X + 16 + 16 + 16 stars
All of the above stars equal 120.

4*X stars + 6*(16) stars = 120
4X = 120- 6(16) = 24
X = 24/4 = 6

On Friday she folded 6 + 16 =22 stars!
