Hope this helps.
You will also find the same answer if you used leah's 4 hours (240mins x 1/3)= 80 mins. Thus, 12.20pm will be the time where they both will meet. :)

When I let distance be 100m, this method is called using a basis.

For example ah, if i say tim got 3/4 of the candies in the bag, it is the same as saying tim got 75 out of 100 candies in the bag.

That's why i can let distance be 100m.
BUT this DOES NOT work for everything.
