I don't understand what they mean by "Weigh out between 0.2 and 0.3 of NaOH". Like is it 0.2M, 0.2N or 0.2g I don't know what to write there

The next line says 'record your mass to 3 decimal places' so obviously its between 0.2g and 0.3g

It means: The amount of NaOH you are going to use in your experiment is between 0.2 to 0.3 g. Do not take too much or too little. Measure the mass and record to 3 decimal places precision.
