That is a wrong concept
The real concept is:
52÷4=13
16÷4=4
8÷4=2
13×4×2=104
The real concept is:
52÷4=13

First,I divide all by 4,because it says how many 4cm cubes.Then,I take all numbers denominator which is 14,4 and 2 to add altogether.
