final total = 15*12*20 = 3600cm3
cube = 4*4*4 = 64cm3

2nd part a bit more work.

We take the big one first.
So total surface area =

Sides =15*20 + 15*20 + 15*12 + 15*12
Top and bottom = 20*12 + 20*12

Now for the difficult part.
the little hole, can you see that there are 5 sides to this.
Bottom and 4 walls.
The bottom, this would have already been included in the big top surface already.
So all you need is 4x4 x 4walls.
