These questions involved same concept which is Difference Unchanged.
Q2 is about Age Difference. Age difference between 2 persons remains the same year after year because both person grow older by same number of years.
Q3 and Q4 - Difference Unchanged because both persons gave away same amount of money.
Using comparing ratios to solve these questions. Change to equivalent ratios with reference to the Difference in each set and compare with each other.
