After :

Tarts → ⬛⬛⬛ (3 units)
Buns → ⬛ (1 unit)

Before :

Tarts → ⬛⬛⬛ + 15
Buns → ⬛ + 90

Now for the 'Before' case, there were twice as many Buns as Tarts.

So twice the number of tarts
= 2 × (⬛⬛⬛ + 15)
= ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ + 30

This means that :

⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ + 30 = ⬛ + 90

Comparing the two,

90 - 30 = 60

⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ - ⬛ = ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛

So ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ = 60

⬛ = 60 ÷ 5 = 12

Tarts baked at first

= ⬛⬛⬛ + 15
= 12 × 3 + 15
= 36 + 15
= 51
