Many possibilities.
One example :
(2a + 7) / (a² + 3a + 2)
= (2a + 4) / (a² + 3a + 2) + 3 / (a² + 3a + 2)
= 2(a + 2) / ((a + 2)(a + 1)) + 3 / (a² + 3a + 2)
= 2/(a + 1) + 3 / (a² + 3a + 2)
Comparing this to P/Q + R / (a² + 3a + 2) ,
P = 2
Q = a + 1
R = 3
One example :
