Definitely one of the tougher circle's questions out there. My suggestion is when you're stumped with hard problems like this, draw the circle out so that you can visualise.

Just found an errata to part ii. Centre should be (7,1) and not (7,10). Accidentally used the radius for the y coordinate ><
