Recall that opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal in measure.

So , ∠ QRS = 55°

(or ∠QRB = 55°. RS is just an extension of RB)

∠x = 180° - 55° - 63° (angle sum of △BRQ)

= 62°

Or ,

∠PQR = 180° - 55° = 125°

(adjacent angles of a parallelogram add up to 180)

Or

(Angles between parallel lines add up to 180°)


∠x = 125° - 63° = 62°
