a = 3p+8 → p = (a-8)/3
4/(a+4) + 3/a = 1/4
4(4a+3a+12) = a(a+4)
a² - 24a - 48 = 0
(a-12)² = 48+12² = 192
a1 = 12 + 8√3
a2 = 12 - 8√3
p1 = (4 + 8√3)/3
p2 = (4 - 8√3)/3
4/(a+4) + 3/a = 1/4
