In short, x + y = 32° + 40° = 72°
(properties used are : isosceles triangles, alternate angles corresponding angles)

it can be shown that y = x so 2x = 72°, 2y = 72°

Then x = y = 36°

z = 180° - x° - y° - x° - y°

= 180° - 72° - 72°

= 180° - 144°

= 36°


All 3 angles are equal in measure.
