Hello, we know that point A lies in the x-axis while point B lies on the y-axis. When we want to find points that lie on the x-axis, we know that the y coordinate is always '0'. So, we can sub y = 0 into the equation of the line.
Similarly, when we want to find points that lie on the y-axis, we know that the x coordinate is always '0'. So, we can sub x = 0 into the equation of the line.
