If term 3 = 36
Term 6 = 60
And different between term is consistent.
60 - 36 = 24 ÷ 3 (*3 space in betweens) = 8
Then,
Term 3 = 36
Term 4 = 44 (36+8)
Term 5 = 52 (44+8)
Term 6 = 60 (52+8)
Term 2 = 36 - 8 = 28
Term 1 = 28 - 8 = 20
Therefore,
Tn = (n × 8) + 12
Tn = 8n + 12
Or
Tn = 4(n+3) This multiple of 4 (answer to b)

Tn = 4 × (n+3) , the result is always divisible by 4, therefore, term of sequence are all multiple of 4.
