Take the one place number and multiply...
Example 11×12 take 1×2 = 2
Then ×13, take answer of 2 ×3 =6
Then ×14, take answer of 6 ×4 =24
Then ×15, take 4 from answer 24, so is 4×5 =20
Then x16, take 0 from 20 will be 0×6 =0
Then ×17,×18,×19 all will be 0.

Take the multiplication of last digit of each value:
1 x 2 x 3 x 4 x 5 x 6 x 7 x 8 x 9

Observe 5:
Multiplication of 5 will only result last digit to be
Either 0 OR 5:
In the options,
There is only 0, 6, 7 and 9.
Hence 0 is the solution:

Furthermore,
Taking 2 x 5 will result in 0 for last digit.
Hence the last digit will be 0, regardless of the rest of multiplication.
