3200 - 480 = 2720
2720 ÷ 2 years = 1360
1360 × 9.5% = 129.20
1360 + 129.20 = 1489.20
1489.20 ÷ 12 mths = $124.10
How come the answer is $134.87??

Haha... ,% question always made student “Doubt life".
You should use 2720 × interest rate × 2 year + 2720 then ÷ for 24 months.
