Let x be the ten place digit,
Y be the one place digit:
In other words, if the number is 56,
x is 5 (not 50), y is 6
First statement:
X = 2y + 1 ----(1)
Second statement:
10x + y = x + 10y + 36 (the tenth place need x10)
9x = 9y + 36 ----(2)

Sub (1) into (2):
9(2y + 1) = 9y + 36
18y + 9 = 9y + 36
9y = 27
y = 3
Sub into (1):
X = 7
:. The original value is 73//

Consider from the number: 73
X will be 7, Y will be 3.

So 73 is (10x + y)

If u flip the number,
The number becomes 37:
(x still 7, y still 3)**

So 37 is (10y + x)

The number represented by X and Y only represents the number in their POSITION,
Not the actual value which is 70, but ONLY 7.
But when u take into account the whole value,
U have to multiply by 10 for "tens place"
