After we minus the excess 20-cent coins, there are an equal number of 20 and 50 cent coins that adds up to $26.60. So to find the number of sets of 20 and 50 cent coins, we take
$26.60 / $0.70 = 38
There are 38 Sets of ($0.20 + $0.50). So there is also 38 50-Cents coins.
