In one hour, Tommy would have advanced 45 km forward while Jerry would have advanced 60 km in the opposite direction.

They would therefore be closer to each other by 105 km in one hour.

A distance of 210 km would mean that it takes 2 hours before they will pass each other.

It would be at 10:30 am.
