If the hexagon are similar, the ratios are all the same:
Length ratio: 8/10 = 4/5

For area, the dimension is 2:
Means the scaling is doubled, as you need to multiply 2 lengths to get area.

Area ratio: ( 4/5)^2
= 16/25

Hence area of smaller hexagon
= 16/25 * 200
= 128cm^2 //
