ABC is equilateral triangle:
Hence AB = AC
break into components:
AR + BR = AQ + QC
and u know that AR = QC
Hence BR = AQ //

Equilateral triangles have equal sides. Since AR + BR = AQ + QC, and AR=QC,
AQ=BR
