Area of ABE
= 1/2 x Base x height
= 1/2 x AB x ED
= 108 cm^2
Area of CED
= 1/2 x base x height
= 1/2 x CD x ED
= 1/2 x ( 1/2 x AB ) x ED (AB is 2 times CD)
= 1/4 x AB x ED
= 108 x 1/2
= 54cm^2 //
= 1/2 x Base x height
= 1/2 x AB x ED
= 108 cm^2
