Notice that QR=VR since VR(side of rhombus)=SR(side of square). Hence, RQV is an isosceles triangle.

Therefore, angle RQV = angle QVR.

Once you have found out angle QVR, recall the property of a parallelogram that 2 adjacent angles add up to 180°. Hence

angle QTU = 180° - angle QVR

And that is how you do it. It is now up to you to find the angle :)
