Rhombus has all 4 sides equal length.
Equilateral triangle has all 4 sides equal length.

Notice that the two shapes share a side in the diagram.

From this you can infer that all of their sides are equal in length.

This means that PT and PQ are equal in length so PTQ is an isosceles triangle.

It it easy to solve from here.
