For this question, one of triangle is = ½ of rectangle.
May I know how to tell the area of triangle AGB is half of area of rectangle ABCD?
Area △ABG = ½ × AB × BC
Now, you divide □ ABCD into two parts by draw a line from A to C.
Area △ABC = ½ × AB × BC same as △ ABG.
Now, you divide □ ABCD into two parts by draw a line from A to C.
Area △ABC = ½ × AB × BC same as △ ABG.
