Why is the answer 15% based on I followed the formula?

80-68=12 ,12/80 x 100=15%

Why my answer 12/68 x 100%=17% not acceptable?

But the answer sheet is 15%. So answer sheet is wrong? I got from a book

I checked with calculator, answer should be 17.65% or 17 11/17% (mixed number). Wrong answer on answer sheet.

Your working is correct. 17% is not accepted. It should be 17.65% to be more accurate.
