Since the fractions are equal, find the equivalent fractions by making the numerators the same. Find the common multiple of the numerator. After you have found the common multiple, remember to also change the denominator. The denominator tells you how many equal parts there are. The total equal parts from both persons add up to $260. Then you will be able to find 1 part and the answer thereafter
