Hi Gladys,
Whenever you need to make something a subject (in this case x), group all the terms that contain x on the left hand side of the ‘=‘ sign and the rest on the right of the ‘=‘ sign.
Afterwards, factorise out the x variable on the left. Then get rid of the ‘non-x’ variables. Do this by dividing the right side variables by the ‘non-x’ variables on the left.
