XY=YZ mean Y is center of X and Z.
Therefore, Y = (X+Z)÷2
= (3⅛ + 3½) ÷2
= (6⅝)÷2
= 53/8 ÷2
= 53/16
= 3 5/16
Therefore, Y = (X+Z)÷2
= (3⅛ + 3½) ÷2
= (6⅝)÷2
= 53/8 ÷2
= 53/16
= 3 5/16
