Hope this helps! For (i), I simplified the working at the end because the concentrations of acid and base are the same, so the ratio of volumes of acid and base will be the same too. For (ii), just calculate n(H+) from original pH which remains unchanged as you only add water to the solution, then divide n(H+) over new volume to find new [H+], then -lg it to find pH.
