They had the same amt at first. After which, only Danny sold his pens. Only Danny's model will become shorter. But carl's model now is cut into 4 equal units because Carl is 4 times more than Danny. This also means Danny is left with 1 unit. So since Danny started off the same quantity with Carl, means Danny also had 4 units at first. But now left only 1 unit.
Means 4-1 = 3units.
3units = 360
Means 4-1 = 3units.
